A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from March 2026, as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Brandon Robichaud

I met with WPI today and they were extremely happy with Brandon’s work. He followed up on
every NIS trap, kept things moving, and impressed them with his attention to detail and positive
attitude. They’ve already requested him back—great work, Brandon!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Paul Hourihan & Hunter Graves

Vinnie Muir at Morton Hospital shared how much he values having Paul and Hunter onsite. Both
have consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a strong understanding of the
building and its operations.

Vinnie noted that he’s completely comfortable providing instructions and even access to the
building without needing to arrange escorts or worry about any disruptions while they’re onsite.
That speaks volumes about the quality of their work.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Eric Honan, Joe Raccio & Carsyn Shuey

At a new customer site (Duke), the team navigated a challenging situation with over 200
inconsistencies in a 1,500-trap survey. Despite customer frustration, they stayed calm,
professional, and solution focused. Eric and Joe were especially prepared and handled the
situation with confidence. Strong teamwork all around.
