A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from June 2026, as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sean Keleher: Collaborating with Joe Faller

It has been great collaborating with Joe. Joe brings a real openness to meeting and talking things through, and he genuinely wants to understand what is happening and why so he can fix it. That curiosity and willingness to figure things out together has made every interaction a good one.

Jim Krochune: Kevin McLaughlin & Steve McManus

Kevin and McManus completed one of our first condensate return pump repair projects at a customer site in North Carolina. The customer had been changing pumps out every few months and this repair should finally solve the problem. Kevin and Steve were steady throughout, thinking through the job logically and learning on the go. The photos that came back were clean and professional. The customer is excited, and word is already spreading. After our work at Mather Hospital, other Northwell sites want to know more, which helps us sell this as a viable service line. Nice job, guys!

Evan Pfenninger: Rutgers Survey

Joe Raccio performed a survey at Rutgers that was originally scoped for 110 traps. Once on site, he surveyed 203. The customer said he did a great job. This was an off-season job that meant turning a lot of equipment on and working with the building management system. The survey came back with a 16% NIS rate, which is low considering we were doing air handlers. Great example of thoroughness and the ability to adapt on site.

Fun Day in the Office

Thank you to Katie and Honan for putting together a fun day in in the office. It was great to get people together and play some games. We would love to do more of that in the future.
