A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from May 2026, as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Joe Faller

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent job Joe has done since taking over the role
of Business Operations Manager from James. The position Joe stepped into is extremely
challenging, both mentally demanding and very time-consuming, so the fact that he was able to
transition so seamlessly is a significant accomplishment that I didn’t want to go overlooked.

Joe has been exceptional at keeping the lines of communication open and being available
whenever issues arise. His professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to handle the
responsibilities of the role have been greatly appreciated.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Steven Rubio

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work Steven did at Kraft Heinz –
Lowville. Steven completed a heat loss assessment and found a total of 408 items in just three
days β€” a remarkable amount of work in a short period of time. The customer was so pleased that
they emailed us upon completion of the project to express what a great job Steven did.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Paul Hourihan

I was just at Westerly Hospital and David had nothing but positive things to say about Paul. He
was especially impressed with how organized and professional Paul was, as well as the fact that
the Westerly Maintenance staff quickly confirmed Paul’s ability to work independently for the
survey.

David also highlighted how thorough Paul was and how clearly and concisely he explained each
step of the process, which he greatly appreciated. While this kind of feedback about Paul isn’t
surprising, it’s always great to hear such positive remarks about APM and the way we engage
with our customers.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Matt Couto

I just spoke with Nick Murphy at Boston University NEIDL Labs, and he shared that their
plumbing team was very pleased with the work Matt performed during the steam trap survey at
the Boston NEIDL facility.

Nick specifically mentioned that Matt was extremely helpful in identifying several operational
issues affecting the facility beyond just steam traps, including open bypass valves and other
system concerns. They also noted that Matt was very professional throughout the project and did
an excellent job explaining findings and system conditions in a way that was easy for the entire
team to understand.

Great feedback all around and a strong reflection of the value we bring on site.
