Sean Keleher: Anthony Julianello and Matt Couto
I’d like to thank you both for the diligence in your work and the very detailed job notes you’ve been taking. You have been on some jobs with a lot going on and have provided a lot of detail and made it very easy to work with the customers on the back end of things. Not that this type of great work is new for either of you, but it has been key recently and greatly appreciated.

Evan Pfenninger: Rob Hart at the Hudson Correctional Facility
Rob worked at the Hudson Correctional Facility where there were a few obstacles to get through, he did a great job completing the job as well as looking deeper. Rob was able to identify issues the facility had been having for some time with their condensate tank. He went above and beyond at this job to get the best results for our customers. This is the type of work that continues to build on the relationships we have with our customers.

Eric Hayston: Kevin McLaughlin
Kevin has had outstanding customer service efforts and especially with the UConn project we are doing through ESC. Despite having an STS report less than our standards by Power & Process, and getting wrong parts for numerous traps. Kevin has remained a professional and has taken the time to work with ESC Project Coordinators and explain each issue in detail so they are not only in the loop but can see why they should be using APM going forward. I know projects like this are a headache, but people remember for a long time when we respond to adverse situations in a positive professional manner and work with them to resolve the problem effectively.

Sean Keleher: Rob Hart at Harvard Medical
Harvard Medical had a vacuum leak that was causing problems for them, needing immediate support. Rob volunteered to go in and do the job on a Saturday. Rob did a compressed air survey and was able to resolve everything for the customer. They were very happy with his work and appreciative of our support, these efforts are what continues to build relationships with our customers that last.

Evan Pfenninger: Jesus Avina
I want to thank Jesus as he’s worked very hard this year and it has shown greatly. He is very thorough in what he does; he spends extra time trying to find issues customers have and communicates this to the office. An example is the Welch’s Foods survey. He made sure to speak with the customer and learned that they had not completed any repairs the previous year. On top of this, he got information that they were sold parts to complete the repairs, but a majority of the parts were incorrect. I really appreciate him getting all of this information and letting us know, as it is vital information when presenting to the customer.
