Happy 5-Year Work Anniversary Stephanie O’Neil!

Sunday, 10/12/25 is a special work anniversary. It is Stephanie O’Neil’s 5-year work anniversary!

Here is what Stephanie had to say about the past five years at APM:

5 years, wow!  Joining a company that never had a recruiter, or an HR department was a very unique experience.  The possibilities were endless, but it also came with a lot of pressure. It has been extremely rewarding to help build out a function that is critical to an organization’s success. Collaborating with employees and managers to define the culture and our processes has been a wonderful experience.   I’m proud that we have a culture that focuses on our core values, is supportive, and engaging. It’s exciting to work with people every day who enjoy what they do and care about the success of the company.

More recently, I’ve been able to take what I’ve learned and built at APM and replicate it at Aquatomic. In just 9 months, Aquatomic has come a long way and is heading in the right direction.

I look forward to seeing how both companies continue to evolve and grow.

And here is what CEO, Ricardo Aguirre, had to say about Stephanie:

Stephanie’s impact over these five years has been remarkable. What began as a role focused on recruiting and HR compliance has evolved into one that touches nearly every corner of the business. From guiding APM’s people strategy to helping us lead the integration process at Aquatomic, she continues to approach every challenge with thoughtfulness, discipline, and care. She has an incredible ability to balance empathy with accountability; she pushes for high standards while making sure people feel supported and valued. And no matter how complex the task, she takes it on with composure and makes it look easy.

I’m very grateful for the partnership we’ve built over the years. She’s become a key part of the leadership team and someone I trust deeply to help shape where we’re headed next.

Thank you, Stephanie, for your continuous hard work and dedication through your time at APM.
