Joe has been doing a great job assisting on difficult surveys such as the SEPTA commission and SUNY Downstate Medical. He has been communicated issues at the site and coordinating with sales and logistics to make sure the projects have gone as smooth as possible.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Scott Schofield
I wanted to give a shoutout to Scott for his work done at North Syracuse Central School District. We had issues there before and the customer wasn’t super happy with us. Scott went in and found lots of additional traps, and the customer was very happy with his effort at all the schools. Thanks Scott!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Rob Hart, Jeremy Short & Brandon Robichaud
I would like to give a shout out to these technicians for an outstanding job at Pratt & Whitney – Hartford. They had to work over the weekend for a shutdown project, and ran into several difficulties the least of which was the customer was supplying parts from another vendor and that vendor failed to deliver everything as promised. The guys were able to work with parts found on the van and completed about 90% of the project as planned. I received an email from the customer complimenting the guys on their efforts despite the challenges. This is a customer with a long memory, and that is a site we have lost to this particular vendor so anytime we can show the customer we are the superior option is a huge win in my books. Excellent work by all involved and I am not surprised in the slightest because all 3 have been exemplary the entire time I have known them.

Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Steve McManus & Brandon Robichaud
Steve and Brandon have done a great job supporting me at Hoboken Public Schools. These projects came in last minute and had a tight window to complete them due to weather. They worked with a difficult time frame window as well as site that was not fully supportive to make sure we completed these projects. This helped create good opportunities for APM to capture repair work at the sites.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to James Aguiar & Eric Honan
We had a demanding customer at Maine Health who needed a lot of information and both James and Eric have gone out of their way to get the info we needed or have show me what I could do. We just got the majority of the order and couldn’t have done it without them being there when I needed them.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout for work done at St. Anthony Hospital – Lakewood
I want to thank Eric Honan, James, Carsyn, Sam, Colin, Steve McManus, Michelle, Jack, and Diane for your assistance in completing the Steam Trap Survey, HEX Assessment, and Insulation Heat Loss Reports, as well as providing the corresponding repair quotes for St. Anthony Hospital. This is our first CommonSpirit hospital and could lead to many more in the future.

Field Training Day
On April 21st – Patriot’s Day, our field team came together for a productive and fun in-person training day!
The day kicked off at Sunbelt in Woburn with hands-on lift training, followed by a well-earned lunch back at the office featuring an epic 6-foot party sub 😁.
