A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from July 2024 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: Colin Peter at Newport Naval

Amazing customer feedback for Colin from Newport Naval Base. They took the time to praise Colin’s work on our safety plan for how comprehensive it was compared to everything else they have seen recently.

We all know everything Colin does is behind the scenes and does not often see the light of day. But his hard work and dedication is always greatly appreciated even if it is not always apparent.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Sam Grace!

Sam has been doing an excellent job in general, but his work with the Maine Health projects has been a key to our success so far. He has made himself available for my questions and when I ask him to attend a meeting and done a ton of work in the background to make everything happen. This project would be extremely difficult without his knowledge and hard work, and it is greatly appreciated.

Eric Hayston: Paul Hourihan at Wheaton College

Paul has done a great job managing the thermostatic trap changeouts at Wheaton. Despite dealing with multiple challenges including the inaccurate listing, Paul has persevered and kept the project on track.

Sid Khanna, Sean Keleher & Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Kerri Schepis

Despite the Sales Support team losing a member, Kerri has done a very good job with all the changes thrown at her. It hasn’t been easy, but she is now supporting an additional sales engineer and handled the incentives all over the Northeast. She’s been put in a challenging position and risen to the occasion, which is not easy. Great job Kerri!

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Joe Raccio, Rob Hart, Mike McCann & Jesus Avina at Fordham University

Vincent is sustainability manager at Fordham University and let me know that he didn’t receive one call during this project. It was extremely successful, and he was very thankful for it. Great work team!

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Eric Honan!

Eric has been a huge help in the past few months. I have found myself in situations where I needed help that requires expertise in field work, quick decision making, and the ability to think outside the box, and Eric has been there every time I asked. The utilities have also been asking a lot more from us and usually go to me, and Eric has been proactively answering a lot of their difficult questions, which is a big relief for me. Thanks Eric!

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to James Aguiar!

James has been doing his normal great work, but I just want to put it in writing that I really appreciate everything he does. James is the definition of a “go-to” person. I always know I will get what is needed when I ask him for help, and he has been there every time I needed it. Thanks James!
