Sunday, 8/27/23 is a special work anniversary. It is Anthony Julianello’s 5-year work anniversary!
Here is what Anthony had to say about the past 5 years at APM:
My experience here has taught me a lot in customer service and being able to roll with the punches while in the field. It’s been a big change from my past jobs where you’re stuck in a shop working with the same people every day, doing the same repairs every day. I’ve been able to meet some pretty interesting characters working in many different states.
One of the funniest experiences I’ve had at APM was working at the Bedford VA with Hunter. We were working in a room which we thought was empty, in complete silence, until we heard an old man start playing his horn. It really caught us off guard.
My first day in the field was with Mike Walsh. Within minutes of meeting him I asked how long he’s been with APM. He responded with “Long enough that I’m sick of training new people”. I knew I would have to be on my A game with this guy. He taught me a lot in the do’s/don’ts of customer relations and doing the right thing when it comes to keeping the cranky customers happy.
An accomplishment I am really proud of is being able to transition into a field I didn’t think I had a chance in. For years I was told I wouldn’t be able to leave the field of auto repair and it was a narrow skill set (Car dealership managers are not good people).
Here is what Field Operations Supervisor, Eric Chagnon, had to say about Anthony:
In the past few years Anthony has gone from a solid tech to a real pro. Anthony has proven he can tackle any challenging troubleshoot to being the go to tech for Ohio. I’d like to thank Anthony for his dedication and drive to make APM a great place to work. Congratulations on 5 years!
Here is what Director of Engineering, Eric Honan, had to say about Anthony’s time at APM:
Anthony has been a hardworking, reliable technician since he started 5 years ago. He is great to work with and he is happy to provide candid feedback when needed. He has given valuable input on improvements in internal processes and his customer service continues to create repeat customers. He has also become a very knowledgeable member of the team and is a great technical resource. I appreciate all the work he has accomplished in the last 5 years and look forward to working with him for many more. Congrats on 5 years!
Thank you, Anthony, for your continuous hard work and dedication through your time at APM.
