Today is a special work anniversary. It is Jonathan Eno’s 1-year work anniversary!
Here is what Jonathan had to say about his first year at APM:
When I was searching for a new job, I knew that I wanted to work at a place that was growth oriented. Interviewing with APM I indicated this, and not long after I started working, several other people were hired which definitely made me realize my goal was met. Along with this, I have been given a long leash as well as resources to reach new customers. With these tools in hand, it is very motivating to push forward to find new work. It is addictive to see opportunity lists grow, reinforcing that there is so much work out there in the area I cover. I have said this multiple times, but I feel like a dog chasing cars. No matter what, I just want to catch the opportunity, so I am going to chase it no matter what and see how it goes.
But behind that kind of motivation, there needs to be a team that can support what is found. And with that being said, I cannot express enough appreciation for the support of all the teams that I work with. No team is excluded from this. Everyone plays a very important role and all the effort that goes into making a project successful is not lost on me. Everyone should be very proud of themselves because as a newer employee, I think what we do here is a very impressive feat.
Here is what Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Chip Goudreau had to say about Jonathan’s time at APM:
Jonathan came to APM highly motivated and enthusiastic about his role. Over the past year, he has maintained both of these traits and in turn, has seen success in his territory. He has no fear of cold calling, trying new things, and getting his hand dirty when needed. Jonathan is developing significant connections and opportunities throughout upstate NY West, Northern OH, and MI. I’m excited to see what he can produce in new revenue for 2023. I also appreciate that Jonathan is very open to discussing his thoughts and ideas, as well as receiving feedback to improve his process or stay on track as he explores his territory. I’m confident that this open-minded, no-fear, aggressive (yet professional) approach will serve Jonathan well in 2023 and beyond!
Thank you, Jonathan, for your continuous hard work and dedication through your time at APM.
