A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from April 2022 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Jim Krochune: General Dynamics, Electric Boat – Groton

Matt Couto has done a fantastic job at a challenging site, and because he was able to get a hard badge, he is now allowed to work unescorted. Mark Griffin enjoyed and had nothing but great things to say about Matt, and he is the main reason we are doing the ten-day compressed air survey.

Awesome work Matt!

Jonathan Eno: Red Rochester

In 1891 Kodak began manufacturing photographic film and paper in four newly constructed buildings at this site in Rochester, NY, which is now known as Eastman Business Park. EBP grew into a 1,200-acre business park (50% larger than central park in NYC) that is the home of large manufacturing companies, labs, warehouses, office spaces. RED Rochester LLC acts as somewhat of a district energy provider for EBP including services like steam, chilled water, electricity, etc. Since 2019, they have been a customer of APM Steam.

This week, Paul Hourihan finished up a portion of a regular STS service that we have a contact with them to fulfill.
It is very difficult terrain navigate for one person, but he has been taking care of this for the past few years diligently.

Because of the effort APM puts forth to take care of this customer, I believe we will be able to accrue more accounts within EBP. Besides RED Rochester, the business park is fairly untouched. We will be able to refer to the fact that we have a very good working relationship with their utility provider. This will go a long way.

Thank you to Paul Hourihan for following through on that difficult STS.

Thank you to James Aguiar for working with me to narrow down that difficult list of traps.

Great work team!
