Here are some of the highlights from January 2026 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Eric Hayston: Shoutout to the Business Operations Team!
I spoke with Mike Powers at Dyno Nobel this week, and he shared that after working with other steam trap survey companies, they continue to come back to us because of the quality of our data and how clear and easy our reports are to understand. This should be a feather in the cap to the BizOps team.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Anthony Julianello
I spoke to Pat and Scott from One Boston Pl, and they wanted to let me know how pleased they were with Anthony in regard to his professionalism, and ability to work un-supervised. They really appreciated that!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to David Glastetter
I personally want to thank David for taking on the MGH project, knowing that this was going to be one of our more challenging surveys for a multitude of reasons. Even though he has run into speed bumps and potholes, David has continued to plow forward with his boundless energy and enthusiasm. Knowing that this is an original APM customer that we lost for a spell, I cannot be happier that David is taking on this project and how he has been handling it from day one. I don’t need to hear from the customer to know that David has done an outstanding job on this project.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Mike McCann
Mike consistently stands out as a technician who proactively reaches out from the field with recommendations for additional opportunities identified during his surveys. I can’t overstate how much I appreciate seeing job notes from Mike calling out insulation opportunities or suggesting a compressed air survey at a location. He is always looking for ways to stay productive year-round while also contributing to the growth and improvement of the company. This level of valuable insight truly benefits the entire team.
