Here are some of the highlights from September 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Sean Keleher & Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Jack Gardner!
Jack has been phenomenal with the Dana Farber Cancer Institute parts issues and has been a great partner to work with. He also stepped up on projects at George Washington University and Harvard. Plus, when Thermaxx sent the wrong jackets to the NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, Jack had them rerouted and shipped correctly before the deadline. Awesome work, Jack!

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Paul Hourihan
Paul did an excellent job at the Alaska Native Medical Center site. He identified several working orifice traps and found multiple plugged traps, making a real impact on the project. On top of that, he put together detailed job notes that will be a big help moving forward. Great work, Paul!

At SUNY Upstate Medical University, Hunter turned a problem into a win. When we didn’t have a lift on site, he worked with the customer, got permission to use theirs, and got the project done. Great problem-solving, Hunter!
