Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Rob Hart & Brandon Robichaud

I had a great meeting with Tony Armelin and Guy Salvati at St. Francis Hospital, and they had outstanding feedback on Rob and Brandon. They spoke highly of their professionalism, with Tony noting that he has never received any negative feedback about an APM technician across any of his locations.

One of the most meaningful takeaways came from Guy, who shared that Rob and Brandon quickly earned the respect of his in-house team—no small feat given their reputation for being tough on outside vendors. This really speaks to their ability to build credibility through both their professionalism and technical expertise.

As a result of this strong performance, Tony confirmed that we will be awarded the installation work at St. Francis and Mt. Sinai Rehab Hospital. Excellent work all around!
