A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from January 2023 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: City of Quincy

On Tues. Jan 17th, we received an emergency call from the City of Quincy that they had a major overheating issue (100 F in some classrooms) at an elementary school. Immediately Michelle and Jack went to work to find a tech that could get there asap. Thankfully Paul Hourihan was able to rearrange his schedule to go up to Quincy and do an immediate survey. Like always Paul was extremely thorough and identified numerous issues that once repaired will bring the school back into a comfortable setting for 5-10 year old children. We should be seeing the repair project soon.
Just another great example of what we can accomplish when we are all working together for a common goal.

Great job to all involved! Excellent work Paul!

Jonathan Eno: University Hospitals Main Campus in Cleveland

I would like to thank Anthony Julianello. He is doing a great job on a survey at University Hospitals Main Campus in Cleveland. I visited him last week and when we were both talking to the facility manager, the manager said “APM has been killing it here! They always do a great job!” The hospital director was in the room as well. We are in the process of finding a way to do multiple facilities for this group and the strong presence we have consistently had at this location is really proving that we can consistently deliver. Thanks, Anthony!

Nice work Anthony!

Evan Pfenninger: Teamwork at Bountiful

On 1/25 we had an emergency call from Bountiful in Long Island that they had to shutdown production due to excessive steam loss. There was a large collaboration between all departments. Eric Chagnon made sure we had everything ready to go on-site, Michelle spent time moving technicians around to make sure we had someone on site to help take care of this emergency situation they had going on, and Jonathan Davis did a great job relaying important troubleshooting information to Rob Hart in regards to PRV stations. Last but not least Rob Hart not only did an amazing job on-site diagnosing the problems they had going on and getting their production back on track, but wrote a great write-up on everything that was occurring at Bountiful and the steps we need to help them remedy this issue.
This is an excellent example of our team coming together and making a customer happy. This is exactly why customers see APM above and beyond the rest of the contractors out there and choose us to perform their steam troubleshooting and repairs.

Great job by everyone involved!

Way to go team!

Tony Mann: Satisfied Minnesota Customers

Both of the Minnesota customers ( Concordia & West Rock) were very happy and pleased with the work done by Brandon for the 2 STS’s he did for them. This is especially important for the West Rock account as there are other West Rock plants in my territory for which I can now use the West Rock St. Cloud experience with APM as a reference! Thanks very much Brandon, great job !!!

Awesome work Brandon!

Jonathan Eno: Lubrizol

I would like to thank Jose for heeding the call this month in a time crunch we had. A prospect (chemical company) needed 3 new traps for their system where there were 3 blowing traps on a 100psi line. They knew the losses were bad and they wanted the parts asap. Jose scrambled to locate alternate equivalent parts in our stock and had the parts shipped overnight. I had a meeting with the prospect the next day and the parts beat me to the location. They were very impressed with our ability to deliver. Now are getting a PO for a 500-trap survey and they are interested in our other services as well. Thanks, Jose!

Great hustle Jose!
