A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from October 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to the Field Team

Starting the Lynn projects is always difficult, but the field team is doing a good job of managing and doing best they can, and I appreciate that!

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Evan Silva

Thanks to Evan for joining me at the SMRP Conference in Texas! By the end of the show, he was out there connecting with attendees, scanning, and taking incredibly detailed notes. I’m truly impressed by how engaged he was — asking thoughtful questions, drafting a script on the spot, and showing the kind of drive and initiative that can’t be taught.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Steve McManus

Shoutout to Steve for stepping up at Health Alliance during the PRV install. When the team couldn’t get the pressure to stabilize, Steve took the initiative to reach out to Chris Little, our PRV specialist, to discuss solutions and coordinate a return visit. What started as a challenging project became a success thanks to Steve’s problem-solving mindset, willingness to learn, and commitment to making things right. Excellent work going above and beyond!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Anthony Julianello

Big shoutout to Anthony for representing APM so well at Thermo Fisher Viral Vector! Our contact, Dustin Waldron, couldn’t say enough about Anthony’s professionalism and determination. He mentioned that even when his employees were ready to take a break, Anthony wanted to keep pushing forward. That kind of commitment and energy really makes an impression — great job, Anthony!

Field Training Day at the office

On Columbus Day the field came into the Woburn office for some training. Here’s a look at the agenda and some pics from the busy day.

🙌Huge shoutout to Katie, Brian, and the Procurement team for braving the cold, rainy
weather and completing the annual vehicle inventory — all in one day! Incredible effort and
teamwork!

Watson McDaniel Field Training

A group of our technicians recently traveled to the Watson McDaniel facility in Pottstown, PA for specialized training. Opportunities like this help our team continue to grow their expertise and bring even greater value to our customers.
