Here are some of the highlights from September 2024 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sid Khanna: Steve McManus & Steve Sheldon at Riddle Memorial

Steve McManus and Steve Sheldon both exhibited pride in making sure the customer was satisfied with APM’s service during the steam trap repair. They alerted Sid to a potential issue at the account where another vendor may have been performing a steam trap survey.

Sid reached out to the customer and found out it was actually another mechanical contractor that fixed an issue with their steam system that would not have been in APM’s scope. This contractor was in fact a strong APM partner that brought us into the site a few years prior.

They both wanted to make all was well and that the account was satisfied with the quality of our work. Sid is appreciative of the communication.

Sean Keleher: Jeremy Short & Phil Simoneau at university of New England

The University of New England was very impressed with Jeremy and Phil. From their workmanship to their professionalism, they had nothing but good things to say, and went out of their way to do so a few times. This is the first project we’ve done with them and we are looking to do a lot more. This is exactly the type of feedback we would hope for.
