Here are some of the highlights from December 2022 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Eric Hayston: Impressing the customer at Wentworth Institute of Technology
Wentworth Institute of Technology – Installation & Repair – Steam Traps – 2022
12/14/2022 job note from Hunter Graves
Areas worked in –
Access issues –
Parts issues –
Additional comments -all traps repaired.
Had to piece together Parts from a couple different barnes and jones orders to get the braukmann ks510s done.
Leftover parts
-(X9) big springs
-(X19) 4037 with big spring
-(X8) 122A full traps
(X9) 4409s (1 defective, used the spring on defective one)
Probably want try and return all leftover cage units to barnes and jones. Parts are being returned to shop by Matt.
Talked to Ron and showed him how bumper would toss 4409s into the KS510’S regardless of if the seat was removed and how steam would blow right by. He seemed happy with us for taking the time to do it right. He also seemed interested in continuing to work with us on future surveys/installs/bundle replacements etc.
Not only was this a well done job note, but it shows how the hard work performed by our field team and the time they take to repair things the right way really pays off. Our customers notice and appreciate this.
Thank you Hunter!
Sid Khanna: Great hustle by the Field Team at Cuny College
I wanted to thank Colin Peter, Ryan Welsh, Ryan Jackson, Garry Loh, and Steve McManus for the great job they did at the Cuny College Campuses. They had a tight timeline for the radiator trap changeout orders that needed to be completed by year end. They were able to hit the target deadline and leaving the customer satisfied with the quality of work. Hopefully this has established our name with the customer to allow for future work at the sites.
Nice work to get this done by the end of the year team!
Evan Pfenninger: Estee Lauder
I had been trying to close an Estee Lauder install since taking over this area from Jim. It took quite some time but we received a PO at the end of December to begin this work which was great to have.
That is great news, congrats Evan!
Jonathan Eno: Shout out to Biz Ops!
I want to give a quick note of appreciation to James, Samuel, Precilla, An Ju, and Kit in Biz Ops.
There have been several times where I have sent high priority initiatives for quote revisions and report alterations.
On every occasion worked diligently to get them back to me in a timely manner.
This is such a big deal when it comes to sales because getting back to customers when we say we will builds trust.
When Biz Ops consistently displays their care and work ethic in completing these reports and quotes, it reinforces relationships and allows our projects to move forward.
Huge thank you to the whole team!
Great work Biz Ops Team!
Jim Krochune: Completion of Insulation Jacket Projects
We finished the Huntington Jacket project, which was over a year old, and made $496k!
Another insulation jacket project we finished was IBM at $347k. Sam Grace did the heat loss survey and then the repairs and was able to get it done by the end of the year!
Wonderful!
Evan Pfenninger: Paul E Kirdahy School
We did a full trap changeout at Paul E Kirdahy School in December. Not only did Logistics go above and beyond to make sure we could complete this project in time, but Stephen and Ryan did a great job out there and were very productive. Great job by everyone on this project!
Excellent effort to all involved!
Jim Krochune: Long Island Jewish Forest Hills
Sam Grace did an awesome job with this project. He did the original heat loss as an APM employee, then we did the repairs, then the post-inspection with utilities. This was the first project Sam did from start to finish and did amazing.
Way to go Sam!
Sean Keleher: Ending the Year Strong
December is always a crazy month in this business and this year was no exception. We had a few last minute utility jobs and the usual with the Lynn jobs, but as we do every year, everyone contributed to make it go as smoothly as possible. Everyone in accounting, biz ops, the scheduling team, and the field technicians made it happen again.
Great way to wrap up the year strong everyone!
