A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from February 2026 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Naomi Langat

Naomi has been wonderful to work with and has made significant improvements to lead generation by email campaigns, in example the recent Con Ed campaign that was quite successful.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Ricardo Aguirre, Michelle Rice, Eric Honan, Jeremy Short, Jack Gardner & Colin Peter

I would like to thank all of you for being willing to do work on an APM holiday when MMC called and emailed several times on President’s Day. I did not expect anyone to respond, never mind going above and beyond to accommodate this situation when it was a holiday, and it is very much appreciated.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Brandon Robichaud

I want to acknowledge the great job that Brandon is doing at Milford Hospital. Brandon has taken his time to do this survey and has found several issues that have been plaguing the customer which need immediate attention. Also, because of his detailed job notes, Jonathan is able to provide him with valuable advice on what he is seeing and how to proceed. Brandon has been very consistent since day one, and it has been great to see him develop into such a solid field tech.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Sam Grace

We had a large project at SUNY Downstate which included a lot of confusion and issues between us, the customer, and the vendor we were using. Sam did an incredible job staying on top of this and pushing to get this job done as quickly as possible while leaving the customer happy.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout Brandon Robichaud

While presenting the report to Lockheed Martin, they emphasized how happy they were with the way Brandon followed their safety protocols. This was great to hear, as they take their safety protocols very seriously.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Colin Peter, David Glastetter, Eric Honan, Paul Hourihan & Brandon Robichaud

We were presented with a tough situation at Harvard Humanities, where they were getting a very loud noise coming from their steam system. While it wasn’t necessarily our problem, we needed to try to figure out the problem to maintain our good relationship at Harvard. Between Honan and Paul getting it quoted quickly, to Brandon getting onsite quickly to repair the trap, and finally Colin jumped on it when the noise came back and was able to reroute David from another Harvard site to listen to the problem live and fix it immediately, this was an example of great team work and excellent customer service.
