A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from December 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Brandon Robichaud

I spoke with Salve Regina and their Facilities Manager, Jared, who shared that himself and his plumber found Brandon to be extremely professional and was very impressed with his technical knowledge. Great job leaving the customer with a positive impression, not only of yourself, but of APM as a whole!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Matt Couto

I spoke with Angelino Costa at General Dynamics – Electric Boat (North Kingston), and he was extremely pleased with Matt Couto’s work on this year’s steam trap survey. Given how secure this facility is, that level of trust is especially high praise. Angelino said he was completely comfortable giving Matt free rein to walk the site without an escort. He also insisted that Matt return for the installation. Outstanding work and a great reflection of APM’s professionalism.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to the team at Catholic Health

Shoutout to Logistics, Engineering, Biz Ops, Diane Keefe, and the field for an incredible team effort! The group took on four surveys across Catholic Health sites on Long Island and pushed to complete them in just a week and a half. Joe Raccio and Mike McCann completed the survey at Saint Catherine of Siena Medical Center, Stephen McManus worked at Saint Charles Hospital and Saint Francis Hospital, and Mike McCann also completed Saint Joseph’s. Everyone went above and beyond to get it done—outstanding collaboration and execution all around!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Hunter Graves

I spoke with Walt Johnson at Kent Memorial Hospital, and he was very happy to have Hunter back again this year. With his longtime HVAC contact retiring last summer, having someone like Hunter—who is already familiar with both the building and the survey—made a huge difference and meant Walt didn’t need to dedicate someone to escort him throughout the process. As always, Walt was impressed with Hunter’s professionalism, good manners, and consistent communication around progress and needs. Excellent work and a great example of the trust we build with our customers.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to the team at Lockheed Martin

Big shoutout to the Lockheed Martin team—Stephanie, Diane, Colin, Eric Honan, and Brandon! This group worked diligently to complete the project before year-end, and their teamwork and commitment really showed. Great job pushing it across the finish line.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Shania Joseph

I met with Nick Allard at The Loomis Chaffee School this week to present the steam trap survey, and he shared how impressed he and his team were with Shania’s work ethic and technical knowledge—especially knowing she is relatively new to APM. That feedback carries a lot of weight, as their team has the testing equipment and strong technical expertise. Overall, they were very pleased with both the report and Shania’s performance. Great work and a strong reflection of APM’s standards.

I spoke with Stephen Cassidy at St. Luke’s Hospital this week, and it came as no surprise that he was extremely pleased with Paul and Hunter’s performance on the steam trap survey. He shared that both were exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, and that they went above and beyond to keep him and his team informed throughout the process. Excellent work and a great example of the trust we build with our customers.
