A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from November 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Anthony Julianello

Dustin Waldron at Thermo Fisher Viral Vector shared some great feedback about Anthony’s professionalism and work ethic. When the team on-site was ready for a break, Anthony was still eager to keep pushing forward and maintain momentum. Dustin said it was refreshing to see that level of drive and dedication from an outside vendor. Great job, Anthony!

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Steve McManus, Paul Hourihan, Scott Schofield & Jesus Avina

The team at Cook Children’s Medical Center completed an incredible 48 man-days of work in just 8 days, tackling more than $100k worth of steam trap repairs, heat-exchanger cleanings, and isolation valve changeouts… even powering through the weekend to get it all done.

The customer was over the moon with the results and we are very hopeful about getting future work. They were so impressed they even left a comment on our LinkedIn post.

Amazing job, team, you absolutely crushed it!

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Steve McManus

I spoke with Austin Taylor at Pfizer–Rocky Mount about an STS for this year, and during our conversation he went out of his way to praise Steve and the quality of our reports. It’s a testament to Steve’s work that nearly two years later, the customer is still talking about how impressed they are. Amazing job, Steve! Your long-lasting impact really shows!

I wanted to recognize Courtney for all the work she’s been doing trying to get us properly setup and in compliance with multiple utilities. She’s been diligent with everything we’ve asked. Thank you!
