A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from August 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Jack Gardner

I invited Jack to a last-minute meeting. Within 10 minutes, Jack had RSVP’d, conducted
thorough research, and figured out the necessary details to successfully propose dates for a
project. This made for a smooth and successful meeting.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to the Staten Island Northwell team

Jonathan Davis and I met with Steve McManus and the Watson McDaniels rep regarding a PRV
project at Staten Island Northwell. They quoted four stations and McManus and Rob Hart
replaced all four, setting them all at 10 PSI. Davis set the meeting up well, Logistics got the
project scheduled, Procurement ordered parts, and Colin got everything shipped. Overall, it was
a great team success.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Steve McManus at GWU

I had the pleasure of working with Steve McManus at GWU. McManus has been instrumental in
helping me transition the account by sharing information and guidance along the way.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Rob Hart at Long Island Jewish

While doing a HEX cleaning, Rob troubleshot the central sterile area and found 5 traps (dirty)
that were previously undocumented. There was a FT14HC on a HEX on their cart washer that
was mounted incorrectly and causing the float mechanism to be stuck open. This could be a
contributing factor to an issue on the roof. While it wasn’t something APM could address, Rob
showed the point of contact who was happy to make progress on this issue.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Jemery Short

Jeremy Short has been very helpful and communicative on recent jobs. He has been proactive
with sharing information to make sure I stay in the know. This is helping APM to deliver better
customer service.
