Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Steve McManus

I wanted to give positive feedback to Steve McManus for all his work at GWU. He is going back now to finish up the Heat Exchanger Descale project but is also willing to step up and do more than was asked of him. I appreciate his hard work at this strategic account. Hopefully we will see more come through in the short term because of this dedication.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Rob Hart

I had a great conversation with Dan Preli at Pratt & Whitney, and he specifically brought up Rob Hart’s name and spoke glowingly about Rob. They are convinced that Rob is a steam piping savant and that if we can get the steam trap survey for Pratt & Whitney – Hartford back Rob will be a big reason why.

Rob is the standard we should hire more of.

Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Sam Grace

I wanted to leave feedback for Sam Grace on the great job he did putting together a $250k quote for Suny Downstate. Shannon was extremely late on submitting data to allow APM to complete a quote. He went above and beyond to make sure we hit our deadline of a May 30 submission for utility incentive funding. Just wanted to thank him in allowing to us to capture an opportunity that would be a home run for APM.

Ricardo did a great job in backing me up while I was on paternity leave and ensured that I could spend time at home with Bennett and not having to work.

I had a great conversation with the owner of M. R. Franceschini Inc, our partner in Puerto Rico. He had nothing but great things to say about Stephen and the work he has been doing in PR over the last year. His professionalism and clear expertise in the field will hopefully lead to us getting more business in PR in the future. I can’t thank Stephen enough for not only his hard work, but being willing to travel so far multiple times for these projects. He is truly helping expand APM’s reach outside of our traditional area.
