Here are some of the highlights from February 2025 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Mike McCann
I would like to give a shout out to Mike McCann on the work he did at Danbury
Hospital. We have done a few surveys at this location, but the customer insisted that
he had more traps than what we have surveyed. So I built in some extra time for the
tech to really deep dive and find everything. Mike not only found the additional traps
that the customer was concerned about, but he used that time to identify a significant
amount of insulation opportunities at this location. He even took the initiative to
contact Sam to learn how to not only better identify insulation opportunities but had
Sam come out to Danbury Hospital to learn how to do a Heat Loss Study. This is great
because not only is it a great opportunity for APM, it is showing the customer that we
are more than just steam traps and that we are going the extra mile to find energy
saving opportunities for them. Fantastic Job Mike.

Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Steve McManus
Steve McManus has done a great job at George Washington University through a lot
of back and forth with the customer. This past week he even did an emergency repair
for them. Thanks Steve!

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to the Sales Team!
I wanted to give a shoutout to the entire Sales team. This has been the best January
and February we’ve had!

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Steven Rubio
Steven Rubio went to Kentucky and did a great job surveying the Appalachian
Regional Healthcare System sites for two weeks this month. He identified traps they
didn’t fix from last year and we learned 7 out of 8 sites didn’t do the repairs and the
site that did do the repairs had us do them.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Brandon Robichaud
Brandon Robichaud did a great job surveying the Empire State Plaza this past month.
He had terrific job notes and did great work. He even found a building with 500 traps
that we’ve never found before. Great job!

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Courtney Meaney
I would like to give a shout out to Courtney. It has been great to have her back. I think
we all missed her being around, but she has also helped me several times since
returning, and each time she went above and beyond and went the extra mile, making
things so much easier on everyone involved.

Shoutout to Scott Schofield, Anthony Julianello & Hunter Graves
Huge shoutout to these three guys for letting me tag along on their jobs over the past
few weeks! I visited Scott at Stonyfield Farms and Anthony and Hunter at Lowell
General – Main Campus. After almost a year away, it was awesome to be back in the
field, visiting job sites and seeing the hard work and dedication that goes into every
project. Keep up the good work guys! Your effort makes a real impact on the
customers and it doesn’t go unnoticed!
