A Month In Review

Here are some of the highlights from January 2025 as told by the Sales Team . .

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Michelle, Jack, Scott & Jeremy

I’d like to thank Michelle, Jack, Scott, and Jeremy for their efforts in setting up an emergency PRV troubleshoot at the last minute this week. It was not much of a success, as the customer bailed on us after Michelle, Jack, and I had spent half of the day trying to get things together, and Jeremy and Scott were generous enough to agree to work on Friday afternoon on this, but the customer decided that they put a decent band aid on it. I still appreciate that everyone involved took the time to help with this and was willing.

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to Hunter Graves

I would like to give a shout out to Hunter. On short notice he was able to go to St. Anne’s Hospital and resolve a humidification issue for the OR. This was a huge problem for the hospital and the customer, Clem, was extremely happy with our quick response. Also, while on site Hunter looked into a HEX issue Clem had, and that has led to a HEX assessment for that customer.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Matt Glastetter

Matt Glastetter has been great with communication and teamwork as always, and it is resulting in my being more informed about what is going on at facilities we are working with and potentially getting us more work. He recently was given high praise at Maine Medical Center, which was very helpful in getting us more survey days this year. He also called me to let me know about HEX issues that were going on at Parkland Medical Center, which I am now able to pursue.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Precilla Bautistalla

Precilla has been busy this month preparing us to attend trade shows early this year, ensuring we can pick our ideal booth location, and arranging lodging at the event location. Great job at making sure we are ready to shine!

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Scott Schofield

Scott Schofield should be recognized for his great communication and teamwork. He has called me to let me know valuable information, such as the need for a heat loss study at New Balance and is always complimented by customers and requested back.

Ricardo announces our Acquisition with Aquatomic!

Good morning, team,

I’m excited to announce that we have closed a deal to acquire Aquatomic Products Company, a water treatment and filtration company operating in Fairfax, VA, since 1979.

For a few years now, we’ve been looking for acquisition opportunities to expand the services we can offer our clients and grow our geographic footprint, so I’m very excited that this moment has finally arrived. Over the next few months, we will focus on building a stronger understanding of how this business operates and developing a plan to bring APM and Aquatomic closer. While there will be some opportunities for APM staff to get involved in this process, I expect the two companies to operate mostly independently for the next 12 to 18 months.

The only staffing changes are that Flo will become the General Manager at Aquatomic, and Stephanie will serve as Director of HR for both companies.
