Eric Hayston: Matt Couto at Boston University NEIDL Labs

The customer called with an emergency issue for condensate backing up throughout a couple floors. Matt was able to show up the next day and systematically go through their systems and identify numerous issues that have been piling up to cause the backup issue. There were plugged traps, wide open bypasses, and the condensate pumps were turned off.

Opportunities like this hammer home to the customer how valuable APM and the tech team are to them. Customers have long memories, good or bad.

Jim Krochune: Field Training Day

During the October Field Training Day, there was a CPR/first aid class. Jim found the training to be very valuable, specifically the epi pen and AED portions. He appreciated that the opportunity to be included.
