Here are some of the highlights from August 2024 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Evan Pfenninger: South Hampton Hospital
South Hampton Hospital is a very difficult facility. Phil, Steve, and Joe all did a great job. There was piping breaking inside the walls, but the team was able to get to all the traps that were possible to complete the project.

Evan Pfenninger: Rob Hart at Northport VA
This TRV project was a little outside our normal scope of work. Rob was open minded and took the project on headfirst. He did a great job completing the work and thinks this could be a great new service line for APM.

Jim Krochune: Precilla Bautistalla’s Trade Show Involvement
While getting ready to fly down to North Carolina for a trade show, Precilla realized that I did not have a hotel room booked. She quickly booked me a hotel room close to the venue. Precilla has been doing an excellent job of making sure the sales team has everything they need for their upcoming shows to ensure they are successful.

Eric Hayston: Paul Hourihan at Wheaton College
Paul did an amazing job at Wheaton College. The deadline got shortened twice and Paul was still able to complete the scope of work with a high level of quality. You never need to worry about Paul getting a job done well.

Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Jon Davis
All the ways Jon Davis has been stepping up are very much appreciated. Between handling parts and helping with various projects, specifically HEX assessments at GWU, his expertise has been very valuable.

Sean Keleher: Phillips Academy
After learning we forgot to place an order for jackets at Phillips Academy, Honan, Michelle, Katie, Brian, Kevin, and Anthony jumped into action. The data was gathered, jackets were pulled from stock, and then delivered to the technicians onsite. The issue was solved within 30 minutes and illustrated APM’s ability to work on the fly while causing no negative impact to the customer.
