Today is a special work anniversary. It is Krissy Tirado’s 1-year work anniversary!
Here is what Krissy had to say about her time at APM:
A brief description of your experience working at APM…
Given the opportunity to work with APM is such a huge blessing to me and for my son. I waited for months then Vanessa informed me that you needed an administrative assistant. So, I gave it a shot and was super thankful that I made it. I started with just a mere background of what the company does. Then, in the long run, I get to appreciate the services we offer to different companies. I had fun doing data entries from tradeshows and also planning email marketing to make APM stand out for the services we do. Now, as a shared resource between the Sales Team and BizOps, I get to learn new things and strategies that would help me do my tasks better, especially Excel skills. Overall, working with APM has brought me a sense of direction for my career. So, thank you so much!
A memorable experience…
My most memorable experience was when I was informed that I would be a shared resource between the Sales Team and BizOps. This was the moment when my soul was put at ease. I thought with fewer tasks for me for the Sales Team, my hours of work would be less too. I appreciate Stephanie for really coordinating everything for me and helping me continue on what other tasks I can work on without affecting the work hours intended weekly.
An accomplishment you are really proud of…
As an employee…
1 year with APM is a big accomplishment in the world of freelancing. I intend to continue what I do best and be able to help with this company’s growth. I am proud because, in my 1 year with APM, I got to work with the Sales Team tasks and also work tasks for the BizOps Team. It widens my knowledge of what we do for our customers and how we deal with issues whenever they come up. I am happy to say that APM helped me grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
As a mother…
I’m proud to say that being the only parent to my son, APM helped me throughout the process. From being his provider to being the mother who gets to enjoy witnessing his milestones. The flexibility of my schedule and the weekend rest days give me a perfect time to bond with my son in ways I could never have imagined. So, thank you very much, APM!!! (Sorry I was a bit emotional when I was writing this part). Cheers to more years of growing together as a team!
Here is what CEO, Ricardo Aguirre, had to say about Krissy’s time at APM:
In her first year with us, Krissy has had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across APM. Her positive attitude, big smile, and eagerness to take on any task have made her so easy to work with. Krissy has consistently learned new tasks quickly and performed them with little guidance, making a significant positive impact on every team she has supported. Her contributions have been invaluable, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow and succeed with us.
