A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from February 2024 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Eric Hayston: Shoutout to David Glastetter at BIDMC

David Glastetter has been doing a phenomenal job at one of our longest standing customers. He has put in above and beyond the expectations of developing a solid relationship with the lead plumber at BIDMC and our site contact Kevin Lincoln. Since the passing of Mike Walsh, David has been one of the only techs we have sent to BIDMC to build a report with the lead plumber. He has also been spending time explaining to Kevin Lincoln how poorly the orifice traps are working in the facility. Kevin was not the decision maker for the orifice traps, but he does hold a lot of influence so if we can get him to believe they are harmful to his building it will go a long way to getting those traps removed. I absolutely want David to be the primary tech at BIDMC going forward.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Jonathan Davis

Thank you, Jonathan, for your outstanding efforts in pulling together the electric incentives for AHU cleanings and the NYP RFP. Your leadership, dedication, and tireless commitment have made a remarkable difference. Your ability to navigate complex challenges with grace and determination has been inspiring. Beyond your professional prowess, your genuine kindness, integrity, and collaborative spirit genuinely set you apart. I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to collaborate with you on this journey.

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Hunter Graves at Melrose

Hunter did a phenomenal job at the City of Melrose Fire Station. This was the second time we were going there for a half day steam trap survey, and the second time they had plugged lines making it impossible to survey. Hunter helped them diagnose it, helped them fix it, and then still did the whole steam trap survey, and got insulation info. Excellent work and much appreciated Hunter!

Evan Pfenninger: Kevin McLaughlin at GE Niskayuna

Kevin went to GE Niskayuna in Upstate New York this month and did an amazing job. This customer is very particular and will question the validity of the survey yearly. Kevin made sure everything was accurate, going as far as to take additional photos of the trap in place if the PMO was incorrect so that it could be shown. A very detailed and accurate report. Great job on this difficult site!

Steve did a great job on insulation at Holy Name and Clara Maass and did well in training Steve Sheldon in the field.

Jim Krochune: Shoutout to Michael Hurton

I sincerely thank you for stepping up and taking charge of the utility incentives. I really appreciate your initiative and quick action, especially considering how difficult Con Ed has been. You are constantly one step ahead of me. Keep up the great work!

Sean Keleher: Shoutout to Matt Glastetter and David Glastetter at Lynn

I wanted to give Matt and David another shoutout for the Lynn jobs and for overall strong communication in the field to the office.

Evan Pfenninger: Shoutout to Ryan Jackson at Saint John’s

I visited Saint John’s this month to go over the report. This survey has typically been completed by Ryan Patterson in the past, but Ryan Jackson did it this year and had some big shoes to fill. The customer was very impressed with Ryan’s work ethic and ability while on site.

Sid Khanna: Shoutout to Joe Raccio at CHOP and Penn Medicine

Joe stepped up in picking the key accounts in Philadelphia!
