Sunday, 11/26/23 is a special work anniversary. It is James Aguiar’s 5-year work anniversary!
Here is what James had to say about the past 5 years at APM:
I want to thank everyone at APM for what has been an extremely fulfilling 5 years. I joined without really knowing what I was getting myself into, and can truly say that despite stressful or long days, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the work I’ve taken part in. The company has changed quite a bit over the years, but what holds true is that the people you meet and interact with here is what makes it a memorable experience to look back on. I am personally proud at how much I’ve grown and developed my skills here, and thank those who have given me the time and opportunity to do so.

James is a living embodiment of APM’s core value of empathy. His genuine interest in helping others and ensuring a supported experience for his team is unparalleled. A maestro in all things Forms and Excel, he has been the go-to for critical business tools like our Steam Trap Survey Tool and field data collection forms.
What really sets James apart is not just his technical prowess but his unwavering patience. This was showcased last November during a team-building escape room challenge. While some of us, in our impatience, quickly & randomly pushed buttons in an attempt to escape, James sat back and assessed the situation. He methodically deciphered the code and ensured our team’s success.
Despite wearing multiple hats at APM, James remains composed and understanding, creating an atmosphere that fosters collaboration. It’s a rare combination to find someone who is both technically skilled and socially adept, and James effortlessly balances both of these qualities.
