Today is a special work anniversary. It is Vanessa Mangubat’s 1-year work anniversary!
Here is what Vanessa had to say about her first year at APM:
Working at APM has been an unparalleled professional journey for me. From the initial onboarding process to ongoing training, my experience has been incredibly seamless. Each day, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and motivation, knowing that I’m surrounded by a supportive and kind group of colleagues. The team’s unwavering belief in my abilities has boosted my confidence, allowing me to leverage my skills and prior work experience effectively.
One of the most memorable highlights of my time at APM was the self-kickoff session with Katie. It was a truly remarkable experience that went beyond discussing job expectations and tasks. We also had the opportunity to connect on a personal level, fostering a deeper understanding of one another.
Additionally, I must commend my BizOps Team for their exceptional training efforts. Their patience and dedication made my transition from an administrative role to BizOps incredibly smooth, and I am truly appreciative of their support.
I am profoundly thankful for the trust and confidence APM Steam has placed in me, allowing me to grow and thrive as an integral part of the BizOps Team.
