A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from June 2022 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Sean Keleher: Thanks to Business Operations

I would like to give kudos to all three of the Biz Ops team members. I have had to send a lot of tedious tasks at them the past few months and they have been getting everything out in a timely fashion and have been very accommodating. The customers have been asking for a lot recently and the Biz Ops team has taken the bombardment in stride and been very helpful and easy to work with.

Great work James, David and Samuel!

Eric Hayston: Anthony Julianello at BIDMC

Anthony Julianello went above an beyond at BIDMC – Charlestown for a compressed air survey. The customer was not happy with the original survey so we sent Anthony back to re-survey and he spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the issues the customer was facing. Even though we did not find the root cause, it shows our tenacity in doing our best for the customer. That type of attitude always makes its way up the ladder, and it is why customers call us back to do additional projects.

Way to go Anthony!

Tony Mann: Chicago

I had my first request for a quote for a survey from St. Anthony Hospital in Chicago. It’s an account where we did a walk through previously.

Congrats Tony!

Sid Khanna: Thanks to Katie Clapham

I wanted to thank Katie for all her help on the DTCC Heat Exchanger cleaning project($30k).  It went through flawlessly this month to the point where the customer wants a service contract set up with APM.  I have also received another opportunity to clean a heat exchanger at Memorial Sloan Kettering NJ Campus through the contractor at DTCC.  (Price TBD)

Way to go Katie!
