Here are some of the highlights from January 2022 as told by the Sales Team . . .
Sean Keleher – Field Team Feedback
I have been getting a lot of compliments about our field technicians and their performance. We usually ask how things went and how they felt our tech was as a part of our presentation, but recently, the customers have gone out of their way to compliment our techs before we can even ask.
Great work Field Team! We appreciate all you do for our customers!
Sid Khanna – Recognition Shout Outs
I want to recognize the following people for their support this last month:
- Jeff C for his outstanding work at CHOP over these last two months. He has been working very efficiently for the customer and this is opening up other opportunities for work at the campus. We are in the process of setting the account up with a quarterly maintenance contract
- James Aguiar for all the hard work he and his team have put in assisting me with my bids for the NJ territory. I am working on closing $120,000 total in work to date with more to come in the future (fingers crossed)
- Diane Keefe for stepping up time and time again to assist with last minute issues revolving around financials at my customers. I have asked her for multiple items last minute and she has delivered consistently.
Thank you Jeff, James, and Diane for your contributions!
Eric Hayston – Special thanks to Paul
The outstanding job Paul Hourihan performed with managing two massive projects at Rhode Island Hospital at the same time. Not only did he do a 500 trap survey, but also supervised a very challenging insulation project with numerous setbacks through do to outside influences.
Great job Paul!
Jim Krochune – Steward Healthcare
APM presented all of the Massachusetts hospitals’ findings on Friday afternoon to Scott Kenyon. The meeting went better than I could have expected, and he continued to praise the work APM had completed. We will be meeting with Scott and the rest of his team on Jan 20th to finalize the scope and the install contract. As a result, we will be moving forward with the steam trap repairs, TRV replacement, Trap insulation jackets, and the HEX cleaning as part of the first phase. The second phase will consist of the AHU coil cleaning and complete site insulation heat loss analysis. There are an additional 30 sites in the schedule to be completed over the next few months!
Our field team has been extremely flexible in using new forms, working double shifts, and working on new equipment to get these projects done quickly. You are the backbone of everything we do, all the data we collect, the relationships we form, etc.
Logistics support has been super accommodating and on the ball, as scheduling has been a continuing challenge in the current climate.
Accounting unexpectedly dropped everything to take care of last-minute invoicing on Friday.
The Business Ops team has been super responsive and got all reports done by the end of 2021 – faster than our subcontractor could turn around quotes!
Our People Acquisition Group has been increasing our team as fast as possible to ensure we can have the personnel to complete these jobs.
Special projects and project management has been top-notch in keeping the process moving with the delay quoting from Pur-Air!
Thank you to Chip and the other sales team members who have ensured the project’s success.
The work at Steward Healthcare is a massive opportunity for the future of APM, and it couldn’t have happened without the efforts of each one of you. Our vision for APM is for other hospital groups to jump onto the bandwagon of what we are developing, significantly increasing our revenue stream.
Well said Jim. Great work team!
