A Month in Review

Here are some of the highlights from June 2021 as told by the Sales Team . . .

Jim Krochune: Team Effort at Foxwoods

After being given the PO on April 29th, we installed 95 of the 100 traps and billed before the June 30th deadline. We were able to complete the project in 61 calendar days, ensuring the enhanced incentive!

Dave, the supervisor from Eversource in CT said:

Wendy, we are constrained with high volume but, I thank you and your team for completing this project and submitting it before the deadline of June 30th.  Because the submittal came in before the deadline it is locked-in for the enhance incentive even if the payment is processed after June 30th.  Thank you again for helping us with our gas savings goal.

Everyone had a role to play in this team success.

Paul Hourihan, Matt Couto, and Rob Hart were the field techs on this job and went above and beyond to complete this in record time. David Holroyd jumped into action and re-did the PIR when needed. Michelle coordinated the logistics of the job including all the changes. Wendy invoiced on her own at the end of the month before the deadline. And Procurement overcame the parts issues and got what we needed!

Great teamwork to everyone involved. This team effort is what makes APM different from everyone else!

Sid Khanna: JSUMC and OMC projects.

I want to thank Eric Honan, Chip, and Ricardo for all their support on assisting me with obtaining the JSUMC and OMC projects.  These are both part of the New Jersey Utility Incentive Program.  They are also very strategic wins for APM to build a name for ourselves in this territory.  It was a tough negotiation, but all 3 supported me to obtain a total sale of $400k for both projects.  This could potentially lead to more business in my market moving forward.

Great job supporting Sid team!

Sean Keleher: McCain Foods

This month, we got a call from McCain Foods in Easton Maine with an emergency HEX cleaning, which is rare. Their process was being affected badly and needed us on less than a week’s notice. I thought it would be impossible but Jonathan dropped everything he was doing and coordinated with Michelle and John to get material and scheduling going. Paul and Dave volunteered to drive six hours from the office to work all night, and the customer was very happy with their work. The work everyone put in here set us up for future work at this plant and potentially other McCain plants.

Great group effort from Sean, Jonathan, Michelle, John, Paul and Dave!

Brett Houlihan: Two more new surveys in Chicago/Illinois Territory

Magnetic Inspection Labs and Roquette Pharmaceuticals

The territory is continuing to gain traction even in the summer months where surveys seem to be few and far between. I was able to uncover two new opportunities and close them quickly to get a few more projects off the ground.

Magnetic Inspection Labs is a chemical coating processing facility that is using too many therms for the size of their facility, so Jonathan Davis is going to head out there in late July to inspect the cause of this issue. The result will likely be a large orifice trap changeout to get the facility back on track.

Roquette Pharma is a medium sized facility in North Chicago that has not had a survey completed in 3+ years. They are going to be taking advantage of the People’s Gas incentive program and have agreed to also use APM for the subsequent repairs. This project should be a great way to continue growth and increase brand recognition in the region.

Awesome opportunities Brett!
